I'm Henry David Schmidt. I'm landscaper originally from Maryland.
Well I was.
In 2012, I gave in and decided to follow my destiny as "Another Henry" and move my life to Concord, Massachusetts.
I bought a decrepit old art and bookshop on Concord Road, swept up all the cat hair and renamed it "Henry David's Art & Paper."
We (meaning me) sell all kinds of hands-on analog delights, like paint, paper, pencils, journals, cards, stamps, and more. You can make a cup of tea here, tool around on my typewriters and enjoy the afternoon.
No, we (meaning me) do not believe that snail mail is dead! There's even a post box right outside the shop!
If you stop by the shop sometime, I'll tell you story of why I wasn't always named "Henry."
I still love to work with plants and grass, particularly veggie gardens and perennials.
You might have some other questions... Those are answered here.
